HELL TO PAY, George Pelecanos (Little, Brown)
IN THE BLEAK MIDWINTER, Julia Spencer-Fleming (St. Martin's)
The Dilys Award honors the founder of the first bookshop devoted to mysteries and is given by The Independent Mystery Booksellers Association. The award recognizes the books chosen as the ones they most enjoyed selling throughout the year. The winner will be announced at Left Coast Crime, 2/27-3/2/2003.
